church's obama. god help us. that's right. god help us. the pope is like president obama. this dangerous duo spends their time striving for a better world of equality, faith and freedom. it sounds terrifying, doesn't it? and the hits just keep on coming. that fox column goes on to say, quote, just as president obama has been a disappointment for america, pope francis will prove a disaster for the catholic church. right. so let's just get this. this is the pope who's already reinvigorating a church with more than a billion members. he's called on catholics to more closely follow the teachings of a little book i like to call the bible when it comes to focusing oncalled out the failures of trickle down economics. reportedly snuck outside at night to wash the feet of the homeless. that's the guy. it was put best in a washington post column. limbaugh is right. somebody did get to pope francis. it was jesus. although i keep wondering if what conservatives are really angry about is that the pope's focus on the poor undermines their agenda of tax cuts for the wealthy, demonizing on social issues

similar to what president obama is claiming, the right of the game to essentially stand above the law to reform the law to the kings views. i'm not saying that president obama is a monarch but that was the issue that gave the impetus to this clause, in my view. the language did not change very much. later, people like benjamin -- the dispensing power of the president. he wrote a very good paper about when the president can refuse to enforce laws. he basically said he could only be done -- they could only be done when there's intrusion upon executive power. by the way, that's was involved in the myers case we talked about, referred to earlier. or if it was clearly unconstitutional, and that second issue, established had to be very, very clear so the president does not exercise that authority. this is a i would respond. we don't have to hyperventilate to look any problem and take it is not about who the president it today or what he's trying to achieve. what is lacking from the other side is any notion of what the world will look like in a tripartite system if the president can literall

obama care, right, and who famously, the citizens of kentucky have reaped the benefit. kentucky now leads the nation in new sign-ups for health insurance, and that would be huge anywhere. it is a particularly huge deal for a state whose population is as unhealthful as kentucky's is. i don't mean any offense by it, but kentucky's population ranks at the bottom or toward the bottom of the nation's health ratings in lots and lots and lots of different categories, and kentucky has a lot of uninsured people. and it's the exact same deal two states over in mississippi, but in these two states, in the same part of the country, with the same health problems in their populations and a lot of the same challenges, one of them, kentucky, is now best in the nation in terms of people getting health insurance, and one of them, mississippi, is now worst in the nation, and not because they wouldn't know how to fix their problem. they knew how to fix their problem, but they stopped fixing it. mississippi has enrolled a smaller percentage of its population than any other state in the nation. they do n

. that's right. that is their number. more than 20 times the $80 billion price tag that the obama administration puts into the regulations. this new report put up on the libertarian competitive enterprise institute marginally funded by the coke brothers who brought that information. illinois democratic governor pat quinn this week signed a new legislation intended to reform the state's massively underfunded pension system. illinois has $100 billion shortfall in its funding of employee retirement plans, the worst in the country. the new law is expected to cut that liability by about 21 billion, fully fund their retirement system by 2044. we will watch carefully, and no one should hold their breath. labor unions are threatening to file a lawsuit to challenge the new law. that may be sincere, or it may be political theater. you will see about that. stocks ended the day sharply higher on positive developments in both the economy and in the job market, sparking speculation that the fed may choose to taper as early as this month. we will see more of the same from the fed. that will take
